Policy

All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and email with a tracking number and link.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (sale events, festivals).

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping periods override the above rates.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order:

• On our Track Order page
• Directly on the courier partner’s website using the AWB/tracking number
• Via the courier partner’s mobile app

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update after dispatch.

We ship through India’s leading courier networks to ensure reliable delivery:

• Delhivery
• Shiprocket (Bluedart, Ekart, XpressBees, etc.)
• DTDC
• India Post (for select remote locations)

The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your location and the best available service. We do not take requests for specific courier partners.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse (RTO)
• For prepaid orders: a refund will be issued minus the round-trip shipping cost (₹79–₹149 depending on weight)
• For COD orders: the order will be cancelled
