These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Mavioo Toys India Pvt. Ltd.

All prices on mavioo.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen. We make every effort to accurately display product details, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or placing the order with guardian consent
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or an error is suspected. You will be fully refunded in such cases.

We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Mavioo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customised or damaged-by-use products are not eligible for returns.

All content on mavioo.in — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of Mavioo Toys India Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
